Within two (2) business days, FAS will re-key all doors and secure garage doors for abandoned, vacant or foreclosed property. FAS will also board openings when a safety or vandalism risk is present or as required by local authorities. When required, FAS will also perform and document necessary eviction lockouts, in compliance with local regulations.

Also within the first three (3) business days, FAS will remove all debris and designated personal property and will provide all janitorial, lawn and yard services as part of our initial services. Additionally, FAS will perform winterization, snow removal, or initial pool servicing, as appropriate. We enable online visual inspections and approvals to ensure that work is done to specifications.

FAS will handle all repairs requested by our clients and will coordinate recommendations from our on-site FAS team and the client’s own team and their agents. FAS always uses market-competitive materials and solicits input from local listing agents, as requested. And all services are conducted in coordination with the client’s Asset Manager and designated local listing agent and utilize licensed and insured contractors.
